I began my massage therapy education in 2015 at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Hills, California. I received training in anatomy, physiology, fascial release bodywork, scar tissue massage, manual lymph drainage, joint mobilization and assisted stretching techniques.

In 2023 I received advanced training from Academy of Lymphatic Studies; obtaining a certification in lymphedema management and post-surgical bodywork.  I acquired a vast amount of knowledge including advanced lymphatic bodywork techniques, compression bandaging, fibrosis reduction techniques, medical grade foam application, lymphatic KT taping and compression garment selection/ fitting.

I am passionate about helping people meet their wellness goals; employing the knowledge I have gained as a licensed massage therapist and a certified lymphedema therapist. I enjoy explaining how our lymphatic systems work, discussing stretching, self-massage techniques and lifestyle adjustments clients can implement to help manage swelling, reduce pain & support their overall health and well-being.

 

I am dedicated to providing safe, effective and evidence-based solutions; helping clients reduce swelling, alleviate pain, mobilize scar tissue, eliminate fibrosis and achieve the best post-surgical result possible.
